HOW DID YOU FIRST GET EXPOSED TO CROSSFIT? Take us back to your first WOD.... what was it, anyhow did it feel?
First exposed while on Active duty with the Army in 2018. After an "orientation class" I think my first WOD was the "Lumberjack 20" a hero WOD in honor of those Soldiers killed at Ft. Hood TX. At the end of that first WOD I was physically spent, emotionally high and hooked!

" Definitely all around stronger and fitter both physically and mentally."
HOW HAS CROSSFIT IMPACTED YOUR LIFE?
In so many positive ways beyond fitness. You meet new members as strangers from a variety of ages and backgrounds who soon become friends. Every class feels like family with everyone motivating each other to be their best selves that day. That type of motivation pushes you further than you would otherwise go if you were training solo. Personally it truly has become a family affair with my wife and kids dropping in from time to time and loving it!
