A solo CrossFit Competition! There will be 3 WODS and 1 Final WOD for the top three competitors.

|7 Minutes to Establish a 1RM Snatch+ Overhead Squat
Then Right into
AMRAP 3 Minutes
* Snatch can be squat, power, or split
* Pull Ups can be done anyway (Strict, butterfly, Kipping)
* This will be two seperate scores
Front Squat (135/85)
Ring Push Ups
* 30 Double Unders after each round
10 Minute Cap
|8 Minute Cap
With the remaining time AMRAP
15 Box Jumps (24/20)
10 Deadlifts (185/125)
Final WOD will be released the day of the competition.
