I played tennis and soccer in high school. I discovered yoga in 2001 and still practice today. I have studied capoeira since 1999 and have taught classes. I am learning wing-chun kung fu.

HOW DID YOU FIRST GET EXPOSED TO CROSSFIT? Take us back to your first WOD.... what was it, anyhow did it feel?
I showed up for a Baseline and got hooked! Before CrossFit, I had never really done a workout that used so many varied dynamic movements and athletic modalities, When it came to weightlifting, I remember being very intimidated by the bar and heavy weights, at first. But I soon realized that the focus on improving technique and emphasis on safety with CrossFit Absecon would get me through the class. After only a few weeks of training I realized that I was getting stronger! I can't remember by first PR but I know it was a good feeling!
